First time growing, trying to feel it out before getting into anything to serious. Bag seed couple regs and mids. (Plan on ventilation and better lighting for flowering if I can get that far.)

Made the mistake of using clear/ undersized (9 oz) party cups because I had some on hand.

Then discovered my distilled watered may cause deficiencies due to lack of minerals so I switched recently to filtered sink water left out at least 24 hrs. I don't have a good Ph tester (cheap 3 in 1 moisture tester and pool Ph sticks) which only give me a round about idea of where the water Ph has been. Distilled showed 7 so neutral and my left out filtered water show around the same.

    Day 12 -
    2ft 4 bulb T5 (running 24 hr) 3~ inches from tops
cheap oscillating fan (running 24 hr)
75 avg. temp, 50% avg humidity
FF Light Warrior/ FF Ocean Forest/ Perlite (very little OF in the mix)
5 1/2" x 5 1/2" square pots (transplanted from rapid rooter/ 9 oz cup with some root damage)

My issues are my plants are often droopy, some bounce back from it and some have not. I water every 2-3 days, I had run off when in the small cups, but I haven't watered them until it runs off in the square pots. Because I think they are small for that amount still.

Other issue is yellowing of some of the leaves on two plants and black/ brown spots on one of those plants. This started after the transplant so it may have to do with the roots being damaged. Any advice on how to move forward would be appreciated thanks.

From the pictures they appear to be over watered. Make sure the soil gets fairly dry before rewatering. Cannabis requires oxygen to be absorbed through the roots, thats why you want the soil to be well drained.

I'm starting to think Ph so I'll get a kit and adjust it. I've been finger checking the soil and watering every few days when it feels dry a couple inches down.
