    leaves saging down

i recently put a plant in just coco and it has been growing well its 7 inches tall
every day i pour one 10 oz cup of water and nutes on it. this morning the leavs were saging down . For a 8 inch tall plant in 2gallon coco pot should i give it more than one cup of water a day? the plant is saging and the coco still feels damp on top / <puzzled>

Sagging is a sign of overwatering. Let it go a day without. I feel an inch or two deep; if it's still moist don't water it.

You're overwatering. Every other day or two days is more ideal.

I only watered because last night the leaves were standing pretty. and this morning i put a little string pulling the plant just alittle to the side. then i looked about and hour later and the leaves seemed to be saging so I thought it needed water

You rather them be pointing up than sagging. My sprouts looked like (almost) praying hands for a couple days; they were just reaching for the light.
