Cops are lazy fuckers. This is first person. When they busted me they said they checked my electric bill along with many other thing to confuse you. As they were taking all my stuff I got to talking to the head cop ( the head cop is the one with the dirty knee's) and well he didn't seem to know shit about any electric company and didn't even know what his own bill was. After wards one of my wife's friends husband is a sheriff nacotics dick.
