Looks good. I'm no pro, but I would definitely get the lights closer to your tops. I try to keep my tops about an inch from my 26 or 42 watt CFLs, and I have only had the tiniest little signs of heat stress (usually when they actually touch the bulb).

Don't just move them that close all at once though. Move them over a couple day period to allow your plants to adjust.

I picked up some Purple Kush and Blue dream clones (one of each) at my local dispense and set it up. Its been about a week and the clones are looking healthy and are about 7 inches tall (pics coming soon). I have the box well ventilated with a fan that pumps air in and out through a carbon filter.
