Speeding up my grow?

So after much research and threads on here I finished my grow box and started the project. I picked up some Purple Kush and Blue dream clones (one of each) at my local dispense and set it up. Its been about a week and the clones are looking healthy and are about 7 inches tall (pics coming soon).

I have the box well ventilated with a fan that pumps air in and out through a carbon filter. For lighting I have

2 1650 lumens 5000k CFLs
2 1650 lumens 2700k CFL bulbs
1 4200 lumen 2700k bulb
for a combined total of 10800 lumens in a 2x2 area.

I plan adding another 10,000 lumens soon would that help?

I water them 3 oz each every two days with a small amount of grow nutrients and root booster. From what I'm seeing they are growing about a inch or so a week which is great but patience is not a virtue of mine. I want to speed up the whole process I have seen posts that you can flower the clones as soon as you get them (as they come from a mature plant) but the yield would be super small. What I want to do is get them 10 inches tall then start flowering. Will that yield anything (I'm looking to get like 6 grams each)? What your opinion on what I'm up to? Any info or comment is appreciated thanks!
