Help I have new plant problem - not sure what to do!

I am a new grower and I have struggled with plant issues. Here is my current issue which I think might be a cal or mag problem.

    soil: SS#4
Water Ph in 7 - 7.4 - Water OUT ph = 6.1 - 6.3 (We have raised the Ph to prevent the Ph runout from diving down to 5.4 on us)

Temp has been around 80, humidity about 70% and AC going in today.

Here are the pics....I hope you can help. Sure is troubling to see your plants have problems. Thank you for your help. I have searched the diagnose sticky and I think I know what is wrong, but my I lack experience. Thank you for your input. HELP!

Sounds like your soil is WAY too acidic. To go from ~7 to almost a flat 6 means your soil is likely sitting around high 4's-mid 5's, depending upon how much water you're using each time.

    Flush your soil.

We did flush one of the plants to check the ph......flushed water ph was 6.1. After the flush the plant turned greener. I associated this with flushing the nutes we had just given the Plants.

This whole ph thing has been an incredible pain. We have been careful from the beginning to ph our water at 6.1 - 6.3. What should I add to the soil to raise the Ph as a whole? Thank you for the help. Oh, we have noticed that the stems are purple (potassium deficiency?). We raised the lights and misted the plants with Nitrozime.

I worry about flushing the palnts again.....will we rot the roots?????
