Saudi Arabia Gives Israel Clear Skies to Bomb Iran
Yeah and Israel doesn't let international law get in their way, either. You saw how they slaughtered women and children in Gaza and Lebanon. How they think nothing of dropping 2000 lb bombs in densely populated neighborhoods. Let's get our testosterone on kill some more brown people! Never mind that Iran is signatory to the NPT, that IAEA inspectors are in country, and that Israel has the only proven clandestine nuclear weapons program in the region...

See this thread for more on that discussion. In the short run they will set back the Iranian program, 1 - 3 years. Perhaps more after the US is drawn into the war. We (the US) will pay a large price in both blood and treasure. Iran will withdraw from the NPT and kick out the IAEA inspectors such that there will be no eyes on the ground. The Iranian people, who right now are putting tremendous pressure on the government for change, will rally lose any momentum they have built over the past few years. Iran and other countries in similar position will understand that they must go nuclear to prevent such attacks in the future. So yeah, let's allow Israel to attack.
