I felt it went rough because I couldnt get it out of the first container easily and it wasn't a fast or very gentle process. The pic is a couple minutes after I transplanted it.

So some how I forgot to put hole in the bottom of my plants container so I transplanted it to one that I poked holes in. But since this is my first grow ever the transplanting went a little bit rough, any tips to help it recover? any other tips for a beginner would be very much appreciated:thumbsup: P.S.
