    Rough Transplanting..Need Help!

Plant cells need water to stay rigid. If they become too dry the spaces in between cells collapse because they are empty space causing sag.

That's the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Perhaps you may have severed the taproot in the transplant. If so you will know by tomorrow for sure. In that event it will shrivel and die rather quickly.

Don't beat yourself up over it tho, it's only a 7 day loss, and you can always pop more beans.

I usually just add more soil around weak stems...to prop them up. If your light is weak?...it will stretch more

I just found out that the tap water ph is 7.2-8.0 so that could also be a problem. im gonna get ph kit soon so that won't be a problem next time around

I heard adding soil to previously uncovered parts of the stem can cause stem rot within a few days. The guy at the hydro store told me its always best to use a toothpick or twist tie instead of adding more soil. Also if you feel any moisture within an inch of the soil, I wouldnt water it. But, with the 'rough' transplant, it probably couldnt hurt that you watered again.

If there is I didn't see it. You don't have a whole lot of room to giggle, your grow isn't in much better shape according to your thread.

It's people like you coming around with negative attitudes that are driving this forum into the grave.

You should be proud, at least your yellow plants aren't falling over.
