Someone please help.. discoloration

Rate of application 1 fert app/week so far; every other watering from now on
Lighting source and distance from plant (6) 26W CFL 6500K ~6"
Air temperature 78 F
Air % Relative humidity 50-60%

Type of ventilation your room has Regular fans for now
Come to think of it... I have 3 plants total. One of the plants was growing ALOT slower than the other 2 initially, but has now caught up to the other 2. Since catching them in growth, it now too has starting yellowing from the bottom. Same exact thing. N deficiency is what I am thinking.
