I was put on 3 years probation for selling a joint to an undercover cop.

My wife is on 3 years probation for transportation of marijuana. (she walked to the collective to get said 20.oo bag) We lost everything we owned due to being in a hotel the night of the arrest. We were trying to find an apartment at the time. By the time we got out of jail (Her 34 days me 45 days) and court we were on probation.

Not only am I a patient I own awesome entertainment la we used to rep Jack Herer for booking engagements. I write for some of the local magazines, I managed a big collective. You know I am in the biz.
First thing out of the gate my probation officer wants me to ask to go back to court for a clarification.
