If you get busted in Orange County CA with less then an ounce first run in with the law what is the worst possible outcome? Thanks

Just to update this, for a first offense of less then an ounce in most counties in CA you can give a DNA sample and pay $75 and the entire case will be dropped. Makes much more sense to get your prescription before you find yourself having to give them your DNA.
