While the plant is young and flexible, bend the stem over and tie it diwn with twist ties or string, an continue to do this as it grows back up toward the light... Thats LST, and you will love the results.

Below is a plant I bushed out this year. She looks like this. How I did it is in my log. Single plant. Female. Regrow planted late January. Stem is a mess. She is 5 ft high but, 8ft by 10ft round. Have no idea if I can pull her through
the rest of the season.
