Not only that, but there is symbolism in the Ghanaian Flag. The Black Star upon it is Marcus Garvey's Black Star of his Black Star Liner. Garvey was a scholar and so much more, that preached Africa for Africans(invaders go home, Africans come home) So for a African team who pays homage to the Right Marcus Mosiah Garvey and his works via their National Flag to progress, or even win the Cup, was a major deal for all of us who love Afraka and Garvey.
