Oh boy......homie my wifes Mexican.....atleast twice a day, no matter if its the world cup or not, I hear GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL or have to sit through some RIDICULOUS Mexican Soap Opera on Telemundo. She gets great pleasure in making me watch this.......its like a game. I leave the room watching Entourage on HBO and return to a freakin Mariachi Band......its devastating.:wtf:

last 16 now the competition gets serious, well done USA:thumbsup: shame about the interview Donovan gave after the last game saying how good he was and trying to take all the glory for himself, needs to get his head out of his arse and realise it's a team game, France gone first and now Italy couple of surprises there

Great point.....thats one thing I dont like about Professional sports anymore, all the cocky ego's.....if you score.....you score....go back to midfield and continue to play.....or in American Football....have some class and hand the ball to the referee and trot to the sidelines like a man......dont preform some stupid dance like the cheerleaders.

Suprised Italy got knocked off so easily, cheered to see the French lose......Go Holland or England or Yanks.

yes, congrats to England, too! This is the first world cup I've ever actually watched but did we get like the wildcard slot or something? I was going thru the scores in our division a fews days ago, trying to calc the winners but it was close. Congrats to all of the sweet sixteen. :rastasmoke:

Boaz hope your enjoying your first world cup the usa finished top even though points and goal differance was the same as england as they scored more goals. with a bit of luck i can see you lot getting as far as the semi final. maybe now your country might start takeing football more seriously, with the size of your country wouldn't take you long to be up with the big boys, your women take it seriously and are one of the best womens team in the world
