At this stage a lawsuit would be a waste. Judges are lothe to rule against the state unless blantant constitutional flaws exist in the law. It is their job to interept the law, not make it.
I would bet that July 1st there will be a flurry of legal activity. That is when it will get busy. Past that point I have no idea how this will play out.
It also takes time for a case to work its way through the courts. Lots of time. I would hope a judge issues a TRO while this happens.

I kidof expected a biggie to get filed and for their to be some news. (i.e. the 5 patient caregiver limit, and a westword or huff post article by the corry's talking about how they are about to kick ass) ? Rating: 5
