I like neem up to 2 weeks before harvest for any bug infestation. Of course prevention is better than retroactive killing. This time of year here in WA, you need to be making sure to use Neem on the veg room as the spider mites are due soon, with all the rain, it could be an interesting season.

I know you got this with the plants, but also spray outside and around all the corners of the room with something like Sevin....do not get it on your plants it will kill them too. I a way serious about mites, I learned the hard way and lost a whole flower room to the buggers.
shit im sure the bulb got oversprayed....how bad is that? i thought it could be sprayed on the entire plant so i did the top of the leaves to. im going today to pick up some fly strips since i noticed some thrips flying around in my veg room last night, hopefuly that will help get them. thanks for the input on spraying outside around the room too, great idea, ill be going down to homedepot later and pickin up some sevin, ive used that stuff years ago to kill fleas, good stuff. damn sorry to here about losing the flower room to the lil bastards, thats why i wanted to get right on atacking the thrips as soon as i noticed them, i took all plants outside when it was cloudy and sprayed, left them out to dry and went inside and cleaned both rooms with hot water and soap. well thanks Wash.
