No way, that's a great question, and one that I'm not sure I have a great answer for. Obviously it's not ideal, but it shouldn't dramatically effect the quality. Another big thing is to make sure the buds are properly cured to avoid gray mold. Hygrometers are relatively cheap and can provide a lot of peace of mind.
