    Plant Problems - Please advise

    I have a couple issues.

    1. Curling or canoeing leaves (2nd pic)

    2. A very yellow leaf. (3rd Pic)

    First Pic is just an odd palnt - what is with that plant? Is it looking like a male or can females look like this also?

    Soil = sunshine number 4 w/ perlite
    Temp in room = 78 degrees
    humid = 70 - 75 %
    (2) 600W radiant Ac lights
    CO2 about 1000 ppm
    12th day of Veg.

    Thank you all for your input......

    what's up joe? what exactly are you referring to in the first pic? females look just like males minus the flowers.

    in the second pic perhaps you have a hotspot in your area. plants tend to curl up their serrated edges in an attempt to get rid of more heat. is the pot empty?

    and as far as the third plant goes it is partial albinoism. i've seen the same thing on a few plants, one similar as the big one in your pic, 50/50 green/albino. pluck it and press it between the pages of book and the color will keep.

    good growing!

    The first plant is a "stick" compared to the others which are bushy. I just didn't know what to make of it.

    The green/yellow leaf is beautiful.

    I'm not sure what to think about the curling. I have numerous plants with that issue. Lights are 16 inches off the plants.

    Thank you for your help.

    the first plant looks like it was topped. whether intentionally or not, it was. that's why it's not as bushy as the others. it has to catch up with two nodes instead of one.

    you might check those temps.

    what nutes are you running?

    Plant Problems - Please advise

    About a week ago we had to flush the plants. We found the run off ph at 5.4, which surprised me because all water in was ph'ed at 6.3. I have not given them anything because I haven't had a chance to. However, tuesday evening I finally had two plants that were dry. I added FF 2 TBS Big bloom, 1/4 TBS Grow big to a gallon of water. This was fed to 2 plants (gallon each). Ph in = 6.6, ph out = 6.0, ppm out = 1090 and 750.

    Here is my post of my grow log and grow room.

    Plant Problems - Please advise

    I noticed this morning, one plant has turned a light green - leaves up streched toward the light.

    Again this has had no nukes and has not been watered for a week (in 3 gallon pot)......I concidered watering with food. I think I also see alittle cal - mag spots. I was trying to let it dry out more. After flushing it seems to take forever for the pots to dry out.

    I fed 2 others today (seemed dry enough) ph in 7.4, out 6.3 - ppm out 980/910. The 2 I fed tuesday look good.

    Should I go ahead and feed that light colored plant and check the ph. I hate to just flush it. It will be soaked and no food again for another week.

    Thanks for any help

    I have heat isuues in my grow room and it looks like heat to me? I am no expert though. A week is a long time before waterings and the pots should be very dry by then, could it be the pots are too big for the plants and the water feeding them is stale as they can't drink it fast enough? I had that prob too due to inexperience, but I put having the same problem as yours down to heat. Now my plant is bigger the problem has dissapeared.
