Home test kits are extremely reliable. If you can pass one then you will have no problem passing a lab test. Did you use the first void(urination) of the day when you took your home tests?

Also, drinking tons of water days before the test will not help to flush out your system. Only time, exercise, and a high fiber diet will do that.
