Let me give you some background

I'm a light to moderate smoker but I have been clean for 24 days and have an upcoming urine test. I did a week long detox and have been continually flushing my body with water. I took two at home drug tests and they turned out negative...but I am really not sure if those can be trusted.

What are your opinions? Do you think that the results of my at home tests will carry over to the actual urine test?

Home test kits are extremely reliable. If you can pass one then you will have no problem passing a lab test. Did you use the first void(urination) of the day when you took your home tests?

Also, drinking tons of water days before the test will not help to flush out your system. Only time, exercise, and a high fiber diet will do that.
