Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, edibles manufacturers can grow their own meds for their end product but they can't sell mmj to dispensaries. They can sell their edible products to dispensaries.

I don't remember reading much about edibles except for the labeling part? I don't think they really covered it in the bill. Mmmmm...interesting?

Edibles are covered quite a bit in the bill.

Manufacturers have to prepare edibles in a kitchen that is exclusive to MMJ edibles manufacturing. They can grow but they can't sell their own product. They can purchase their marijunaa from up to 5 dispensaries (I think). They have a licensing fee.

    It goes on and on.

if you get the infused lic you can grow as much as you want no patients just growing but every drop of bud has to be used to make edibles.from what i understand you can still have a grow for your 5 patients too.the thing is all your paper work and site has to be in by july 1 this year. and being that noone has the paperwork yet or state fees how could anyone get this done?on top of that there is only acouple cities that have allowed anything mmj to stay.and the springs are holding a 2nd meeting today and that is still up in the air.most cities will ban it outright and the others don't have to do anything and by default the ban goes in effect so it's fucked up any which way u turn.....

are there any mmj-only commercial kitchens renting slots? So little time to get set up and follow the law, but this would be a way to go (timesharing commercial kitchens for infused products manufacturers).
