Its normal for the older leaves to yellow out an fall off as they get older and they've lost their efficacy... Especially as the plant matures through flowering and is preparing to die.
The plant looks good to me, repot it if you feel it necessary but IMO you should have done that before you flipped to 12/12 to start flowering.
