By the looks of them, if you don't get them outside now in the cups their going to stretch to the point of the stems will dry out and kill the plant. They tend to stretch till they get enough light and at this point ya want their roots to develop first. But if they are in the sun, they will stop and grow their roots first. You need to do this before even thinking about cloning. You can clone once they are put in the ground and are happy there.
