me thinks that the ones that this works for will all but forget the fight as long as they can get theirs.....i think very few will stay the course.guess we will see come nov.

I argued for opening agriculturally zoned areas for mmj, but was disappointed they haven't thought about it. They agreed that greenhouse growing is ag, but were worried that mmj growers would flood BoCo with greenhouses and weren't sure if security would be a problem. They also don't want to see warehouse style growing in ag zoned areas, which I'd agree with, or at least limit the size of the warehouse. They will revisit the issue, but the July deadline is approaching and most all other approved zones in BoCo are filled to capacity with growers.

It does allow residential grows for personal use and Caregivers to oprate as a home business in unincorporated Boulder County. I think they acted responsibly since every county surrounding Boulder County (Except Gilpin) has opted out completely.:thumbsup:

umm did i point fingers at you? yes i have been to many meetings and sent manys emails.talk about pointing fingers? who said we should all give in?i said basicly the only ones left to fight this will more than likely be the ones this effects the most......=caregivers/patients the small guy. infact it has thats all i was pointing out.not even you are going to deal with the small guys now and i said i get it.unless you are a big warehouse grow not many shops are going to deal with us if at all.everyone i have called has stated as such even you.so how am i pointing fingers all im doing is stating facts that i see as they come to the surface thats all.i get it,,,,,, REPEAT I GET IT.I WOULD'NT WANT THE AUDITERS TO COME TO MY HOME ANYWAYS.but that does'nt mean i could'nt rent another place but they have made it to where it has to be zoned l1,l2 or whatever bs so that puts most of us out.

most of the centers i have talked to seems as if they wanted this.all of the ones i have talked to besides you have acted as if this was a great thing...

well infact i have said what the only solution is in a round about way,and not just on mmj.the same problems are present in all of america.SO I CAN MAKE IT AS CLEAR AS A BELL THE ONLY"ONLY" SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS WE FACE IN AMERICA IS A COMPLETE REVOLT.I KNOW IM TO HARSH RIGHT?IM A PRICK FOR EVEN SAYING A THING LIKE THAT SOME WACK JOB.

BUT AS A WISE MAN ONCE SAID, THE ONES THAT ARE THE TRUE CRAZIES ARE THE ONES DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER EXPECTING A DIFFRENT RESULT.I HAVE SAID LOOK AT HISTORY OVER AND OVER THIS SAME VERY THING HAS HAPPENED AND THE PEOPLE SUFFERED FOR MANY YEARS THINKING THEY COULD FIX IT BY BEING NICE.UNTIL 1 DAY THEY ALL REVOLT.OVER AND OVER THIS HAS HAPPENED TO EVERY CULTURE ON THIS EARTH.
