Creatinine levels are checked with pretty much (but not all) urine screens these days. If you aren't loading up creatine in the days before the test most water chuggers (as well as those relying on a detox ______ fill in the blank) will not pass based on a negative/dilute result.

Thankfully as the bladder cops find new ways detect pot smokers find new ways to defeat them.
