New Mexico's medical pot law, similar to N.J.'s, is too restrictive for some

Vigil continues to prove to us that he is against the NM MCP.
    Moron!
I could have sworn that I read somewhere that he isn't even a proponent of the Medical Cannabis program. Can anyone else back this up for me? I'm sure it was him and I remember my jaw hitting the floor when I read it. Why is this man even in charge?

Yeah! Why would they put a man like that in charge? It would be like letting the hen into the fox house.

Is that an appointed position? If so, who was the lame brain who appointed him?

Don't you love it the way the people vote stuff into law, then politicians who didn't like the way the vote turned out (the will of the people) do everything in their power to deny the rights granted in the law.

If they were a real public servant, they would uphold the will of the people, instead of trying to force their will. It shouldn't matter what a politician thinks in the end. He/she can only try to convince people to go along with their position. Then they can vote on it. If they loose the vote, get over it.

After the vote, they need to lay aside their personal feelings and uphold the law.

Ok here is his " mission statement"? Note: This is a United States-Mexico Border! commisions site? This and another site with Vigil info are Answereing my questions about the cartel issue. That comment of his does not set easy with me and I will dig until my unbelievble curiousity is satisfied:jointsmile:
Also, his email link is on that site if you would like to voice some concerns. I did

What if Mr. Vigil didn't want there to be much competition, with Mexico drug cartel marijuana, because he is in cahoots with them?

    Wouldn't that be a hoot.

    I am beging to wonder?
I have done some more studing when he was full time MD in Espanola and a few other non profits he is a part of, but havn't got much further.
He is way over cautious about the production and distrabution of mmj here in New Mexico and underminding the very need of this program. The way he leads this program and agian, his fears with disrupting the cartels "bloodmoney" gives me the stink eye. :wtf:

Does he not realize that with more producers, people like myself wouldnt be going to our local "pusher"??? Can he not see that by limiting things to this point, he is driving the patients of this program into the streets???

Like I said no man power. If he would get off his chicken hearted ass it would move along just fine.

Shouldn't his concern be US citizens who are sick and need their medicine instead of foreign criminals?

I thought he reluctantly took the position after the original director quit. That was my understanding. I could be wrong. There was a hiring freeze and no one to fill the position.

I think you are correct. I am not for sure but it would seem like a lack of options. Here is a little more from the New Mexican. He says one thing and of course does the complete opposite. Peace all:hippy:
I also did some homework on threats to producers from the cartel and can find NON? can anyone find anything on cartel terrorist acts on producers for MMJ?
