He's not "inclined" He is busy screwing with people's lives who are suffering and in pain because he doesn't feel "inclined" to add more producers.

That's because California and Colorado have no screening process for conditions like New Mexico. Anyone can get Medical Cannabis. All you need is a doctor's recommend. You don't even need a card in some places. Just show the recommend. With a fast and loose system like that, of course you're going to have people taking advantage of the program.

New Mexico isn't like that and he needs to f*cking realize it. He's using any excuse he can NOT to approve new producers. It's purely a political ploy.

Why isn't Richardson doing anything about this? I thought he said he was "going to look into it."
