In association with smoking we usually thing of lung cancer. But there a lot more harm with the smoking habit. Smoking causes an increased risk of macular degeneration, one of the most common causes of blindness in older people.

The problem of blindness is unaware to majority of people. Even though some knows about it, they really doubt and laughâ??s at it, thinking that how smoking can have effect on the vision. Smoking habits also causes premature wrinkling of the skin, bad breath, gum and tooth problems, bad-smelling clothes and hair, yellow fingernails.

Just have a watch on the people who donâ??t smoke. The glow of their skin, the color of their lips likewise. When you are able to find the beauty in them which we call as the Quit smoking benefits , the sensible people will quit.

All the things you mentioned are associated with tobacco not cannabis. Cannabis won't make your fingers go yellow, it will make your breath smell nice aswell as your clothes and hair.
