You know it was made in 1989, b/f all the copyright laws changed about sampling. IF they were trying to put something like that together today, with all of the borrowed riffs, movie lines, sound effects etc they used, it would cost so much in license fees, we would never have heard the music.

But all of that sampling I have less a problem with (like the quick snippits used in PB- like punctuation, or a collage), than I do with how many do it now- pay the cash, and use one song, albeit the WHOLE song (like the bassline from the entire song). The former is harder to do, and takes much more creativity to make seamless.

Anyways, a great collection of beats, bass, and comedy. Every single track is kick-ass. They all transition from one to another well, a very nice cd.
