Matt Cook from Department of Revenue mtg on HB 1284
Dear Matt,
Our town of Nederland is very confused as how to comply with 1284. We need to know if our local business license will be enough for the State Application or does our town need to issue a specific Cannabis Center & Optional grow license? Our town supports the Cannabis dispensaries and wants to make sure everyone is compliant by the deadlines. I quick reply on this question would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Mark Rose RPSGT

A local license approving the licensing scheme as provided for in 1284 is suffucient. Pls ensure the local will support you when we ask....(I would get something in writing dated before 7-1-10). I hope this helps you.....Regards, Matt
