How do some teens afford to smoke so much?

Like, 3 or more times every day. When I myself was young, I was always broke and could only afford to smoke once or twice a week! So, I'm asking, how do these kids manage to do this? Rating: 5

yeah living at home is key I believe, aside from most kids having cell phones now what bills do they have, and even those are paid for by some parents...

I've had a job since 18. I buy my own shit. When i didn't have a job.. I got EMA (educational maintanence allowence) when i was at college. 30 pounds a week if you go to all your classes. Thanks government

Speaking as a teen, I sometimes only smoke a few times a week, but if I'm really in a mood to smoke, I'll work to get money to smoke, or simply save up. Afterall, it's not the end of the world if I can't get high for a week or two, or longer, I just prefer that I do to smoke away the stress that continually builds up.

I'm 20 years old and moved out and whatnot, and i can afford to smoke an 1/8th a week of fire. But before when i was in high school still living with parents i would just smoke shwagg. Hell, it was $50 an ounce and would last a week to two weeks. But now shwag just doesn't cut it :jointsmile:

what also helps is that with the legal avenues for weed to be grown medically starting to spread, some of the right wingers are correct and there is some diverted high grade making its way into most markets, especially with the current lax opinion on weed, except by most law enforcement and government. as such, there is more supply, and less distance traveled and hands in the pot meaning less mid grade and schwagg makes it through and is in less demand due to dropping dank prices and high supply.

thus the dank weed is making its way to those who have less money, the youth, and when you dont smoke much, and you get some chronic then you can get higher, with less, more often, and easier. along with every reason above.

i come from a family of growers,so i just had to go to my uncles house to go "fishing", we did go fishing but i always cought more than a fish.

but for what ur saying weed these days is everywheres you go not very hard to get it kids get money because all the have these days is electronics wich when they get bored with it they sell it or barter and buy the herb..

or they find a connect make a deal with them and in return make money and free smoke

Speaking as a teen who has pretty much picked up everytime he's left his house to see some mates this summer i answer your question fully to the best of my ability.....

I don't honestly know, i know i've somehow spent several hundred quid on weed this summer alone since the end of college but i ain't got no job or any money incoming, i may as well be seen as that stoner bloke who does really low level jobs every now and then.

It seems to just be a natural skill of teens nowadays to get weed, hell if i get desperate enough i end up doing a paper round just to make my wake and bakes that much sweeter (Early morning air, silence, birds chirping.... and boregore/ pink floyd/ Rush blaring)

But what most people i know in college usually do is put the money they get form EMA or whatever government scheme into their weed. Beyond that it just seems to be a skill taht they learnt from being extremely stoned around hobo's... granting them ninja hobo money making skills i tells ya.
