DIY: How-to Make your own Cooltube (inexpensive)
Thanks lots for posting this - this clears up some of the questions raised by a
few other people's explanations on cooltube construction.
That's really only a 150 watt in the last photo? So there's enough clearance for airflow with a 250 or 400 watt?
I better head off to ebay. Once the people who sell kitchen stuff like those bakearounds figure out there's a lot of demand (and especially if they find out WHY there's suddenly a lot of demand), prices will shoot up and they'll claim it's because they're 'collector's items'....
I'm thinking of a dual bulb 250 watt cooltube (2 x 250).
