Before you go any further, you might want to fill out the troubleshooting form. Not that you are having problems yet, but our knowing your grow conditions and equipment would be very helpful for us to help you through the process of bringing her to harvest.

If the medium they are in now is unacceptable, it's never too late to transplant. Use proper care in handling the rootball, and don't break any branches. You'll likely pay a small price in harvest delay or some minor die-off, and likely the plant will go through a growth spurt. But if existing soil is that bad, it may well be worth the potential snags.

You can not (easily) take a mature plant and switch to hydro. Perhaps easing into a hempy bucket is possible, but I'm not sure. You can take cuttings from her though, and start the clones using hydro techniques. I'm a big proponent of soil grows though. More forgiving and natural.
