I'd say just smoke em. But...if you really want to collect resin oil (stinky sticky nasty stuff), you could try using butane, similar to honey oil extraction from leaves.

Get yourself two cans of butane and a 10"x1"-1.5" pvc pipe with end caps. Drill one 1/4" hole dead center in one cap, and 8 holes in the other. Put all your roach papers inside and cap both ends. If you don't have enough roach papers to fill the tube, use a smaller tube :P.

(*Warning! Only attempt this in a well ventilated area, preferrably outside. And NO SMOKING!!!*)

Fit the end of the can of butane into the one hole end and empty the can into the tube, keeping the tube vertical over an appropriate recepticle. After minute the butane should begin working it's way out the end of the tube into the bowl. Repeat with the second can. I suppose if it's still coming out dark you could just keep running cans of butane through the tube until you were satisfied. now just let it evaporate, leaving you with nasty resin oil, ready for knife hits.
I have no idea if this will work with roach papers, nor do I know if it would be worth the time. But there you go, good luck.
