hair test next week.

Hiya! I've read countless threads about this, but it really eases the mind to get personalized advice on such matters.

I have a hair test next week(they explicitly told me they're testing the past 90 days), and I've smoked once in the past 5 months, but that was only 3 weeks ago. I had a couple hits from a bowl, and we passed a couple joints around, i had maybe 4-6 hits from those, all over the course of maybe 2-3 hours.

What do you recommend my course of action be? Would just some shampoo cut it? My hair grows pretty quickly, but unfortunately my last haircut was the day before I smoked. Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't sweat it, you haven't smoked enough to put you above the cutoff levels. I don't even think your going to need to use the Zydot shampoo, but some people feel more confident using it.

Thanks for the reassurance. I might do some baking soda paste / tide wash just to be safe.
