Hubbard had no training in the health care field, yet he made numerous false claims pertaining to health care. His leading pawns, Tom Cruise and Brooke Sheilds claim that niacin and other vitamins cure everything from post-partum depression to toxic-shock syndrome. They also advocate total silence during childbirth and claim that forehead patting can rid ones mind of "demons".

Instead of placing any merit on info stated by such absurd nutzos like Scientologists, further your research on how the human body processes THC. Youd discover that THC is not toxic (therfore its incorrect to label THC a "toxin") and the rate limiting step of elimination is not the size of your blood vessels or whether or not they are dialated or constricted. The rate limiting step is the GFR (glomerular filtration rate) of the kidneys. GFR is the measurement of how much blood is filtered by the kidneys in one minute. A person's GFR remains relatively constant through a process called autoregulation, by which reflex changes in vascular tone inside the kidney help keep GFR constant despite daily fluctuations in blood pressure or cardiac output, such as with exercise.

If you want to place any merit on such ludicrous claims made by the Scientology movement, well knock yourself out. But keep such info out of the drug testing forums. Drug testing is a serious issue because there are careers, families, and freedoms riding on the outcome of a U/A. Because of this, we tend to stick with proven, science-based factual info and not a bunch of nutcracker magic from L Ron Hubbard and his equally wacked-out minions.
I never once mentioned that niacin helps rid the body of THC. LOL! Thanks for your two cents though. I'm just taking niacin to help me in general....just like I'm drinking lots of water for the past weeks because it's good for you...not because I think it rids the body of THC, lol. Niacin is basically vitamin B-3 and the body converts niacin into NADH through its complex biochemistry in order to generate ATP, an energy form that the body can use. Once again, I never made any mention what so ever that niacin rids the body of THC. Don't be so quick to go off on people until you actually READ what I posted. The very first sentence of my post that you quoted explains it all....let me emphasize the keywords..."I ALSO KNOW THAT NIACIN IS A MYTH, however it does HELP with the digestive system and circulation, thus AIDING in the entire process, as metamucil would help too" meaning that it's just helping my body in general...not specifically to rid THC. Just as excercise HELPS, water HELPS, etc. If you read my very FIRST post in this thread, you would know that I am going the ALL NATURAL route aka TIME and HEALTHY LIVING. lol The links were just some of the first ones I could find on a Google search.
