I'm by no means an expert, but I asked the same question "best way to germinate". No one could give me the one best way. Common answers were:

1. Paper towel method, damp paper kitchen towel folded up lots, seeds within, on a plate with glad wrap over. Another variant, paper into a snap lock bag then into a dvd case (so they keep dark). Gotta keep 'em warm by the sounds of it too. 20 to 25°C. Plenty of vids on Youtube. Normally crack in 24hours, then you carefully plant.

2. Just plant the suckers in moist soil which is slightly acidic (6.5ph). In something like a polystyrene cup (keep the root and seed dark), then use another clear cup over top as a humidity dome. One dude on here gave them light, 18/6. Others say keep them dark. Sprouted in ~10 days.

3. Method I tried (no success so far), someone recommend leaving the seeds to soak in water for ~24hours, then pop them in a jiffy. Ive kept them in a cup, glad wrap over top, wrapped in an electric blanket to keep them warm. Its winter here.. Its been over a week for me, I dug one seed up, just looks darker than before. Think my seeds are just shit though.

So from what I've asked and been replied to, there seems to be no perfect way. But we'll see what others reply aye? As I said, I'm no expert! Just starting my first grow.

Good luck!
