Poll: Legalization of pot favored
California voters favor the legalization of marijuana for personal use 49 percent to 41 percent, according to a LA Times/USC poll. The measure will appear on the November ballot.
However, one-third of backers say they favor it only ??somewhat.?
A poll last month by the Public Policy Institute of California found the measure in a statistical dead heat, 49 percent to 48 percent.
The LA Times poll found that men favored legalization while women were divided. Married women were opposed to the measure 49 percent to 40 percent, according to the poll.

here is the latest chart on cal.legal.mj. :stoned: I'm serously thinking about buying some shares just for yuks. :rasta: it pays $100 a share if it passes, zip if it goes down in flames. Its just about double or nothing right now. :smokin:
Good luck California. These props generally poll better than they actually do on election day . . . so don't forget to vote in Nov.! :stoned:note: today is a breakout, the stock spiked above its 10 day moving average. :thumbsup:

Don't believe any poll. Any poll is biases by the ones who want it and the dependent and independent variables. They are all just possibilities, but not as safe as odds you'd get gambling. :jointsmile:

you know its been a LONG time since I had stats but I wonder . . does the intrade price reflect the latest polls? would a price of say $58 mean that the latest polling would show 58%? :detective1: :stoned:

if this ballot gets voted into law by the people and subsequently successfully challenges all the remaining local and federal hassles, then i will complete my belief in democracy... lol
