The bottom line is, you'll be a better athlete if you train hard and don't smoke, than if you do choose to smoke. Can't really argue with that, it's scientific fact. The act of inhaling any type of smoke into lungs makes them not as efficient.

My main concern is that the weed is affecting my lungs and I could have better endurance than I do right now. Anyone that has experience with mixing athletics and weed over a long period of time, or anyone that really knows what they're talking about please give me your imput..... Rating: 5
