1284- Higher Plant Count - how will it work?

from what i am reading, it appears that under hb1284 the health dept will honor higher plant count. How will this work? Will you still have to go to court to prove your case? will your doctor have to testify?

This whole 5 patient/30 plant rule is bullshit for many reasons, but what also hurts me is having to decide what strains I have to throw away. I have around 30 strains in my collection and it would be real tough deciding what 15 to keep. I figure with a 30 plant limit I would only be able to keep 15 of them if I only have 1 of each in veg and flower

the law isn't signed yet, but if I were you... I would go get a dr. rec for a higher count.

if the popo decide to bust you, you pull this out for your lawyer. that's what ALL of this is for - so we clear the court battles.

if the cops feel like it, they'll bust you for anything....

if you are set up properly, it won't be worth it for them to follow through and go for a conviction.

it'll be cheaper if you go through the process before sb109 goes into effect - requiring a physical exam, 3 visit history w/the doc, etc...

You will only be able to use it as an "affirmative defense".

Its not as cool of a loophole as it sounds.

Yeah, but I doubt the leos are going to mess with you unless you're obviously growing way more than you and your patients could consume... like if you have a note for 24 plants and you grow them each under their own 1000W light.
