plain and simple you are smoking junk...sorry to say but I have heard that before and then once they smoke something good they are like "omg I am so high, I can't feel my face" It is the same thing as people who say "I can't get drunk" that is because you aren't drinking enough, I've taken them out and they say "wow, you drink really fast" I just reply, that is why I am getting drunk and you aren't...lol
