Do you have any more seeds? Because I doubt these are going to be worth saving. Slight possibility of improvement, but you might be chasing problems throughout the grow as a result of this stress.

Reading till your eyes bleed helps prevent these problems. Getting familiar with the FAQ's section and the growlog section would likely be a benefit.
Well I'm using miracle grow, yes I do have holes for proper drainage, and I water everyday. =/
