SB 109- Three Doctor Visits?
Let's see...
3 visits at $75 each = $225
1 complete physical = $250
Full inspection of records = ?
Dept of Health = $90
=====================
$565 for 1 year?
Sounds like they're putting 18 year olds out of business
However, I'm hoping most of this junk legislation will fail

SB 109- Three Doctor Visits?
i read the bill last night, a copy of it i got from one of the rob corry meetings. there wasn't anything in it that said you needed three doctor visits-is this just the interpritation of "bonafide relationship" between the doctor and patient? when i went to go get my card they gave me a physical right there included in the $120 price.
does someone have a copy of where it says in the bill the number of dr. visits you need (excluding the under 21)? that would be helpful, thanks.
also, you don't think doctors will be doing package deals-or not charge for follow up appointments?
I haven't seen any advertisement where doctors are changing plans starting july 1st-you'd think they'd be trying to get as many people in as they can before that.

Myself in my own opinion I believe this goes against what the original bill was meant to do...this new bill if it pass's will effect everyone and drive the whole legal medication process back underground...
has any one compiled a list of state reps who are up for re-election this year so every one of those who voted for this BS bill can get voted out...we probably have the numbers in the state to elect those who wish us well verses those who just want to screw us....and if we allow Romer to even think he is goiung to get to a higher office then we need to be heard NOW...and for the next 5 months.

the problem is when those people that do stand out and stand up are killed by cia, feds,so on are labeled terrorists and crazy people and america buys it and keeps going.
it's going to get to the point where this shit will be in our face and we will have 1 of 2 options fight or lay down.....the ones that don't prepare....you know the ones that shit talk ya when ya bring up real shit.instead of talking about it they call you dumb, crazy and then nit pick spelling and such.the ones that think they have it all fig'd out the ones i told awhile ago that this would happen here and they laughed and said i was over reacting.those are the ones that will suffer the most when it makes it to their doors....

people are going to stop paying the state fee. all you need is the doctors recommendation and nothing more.
there with be a plethora of underground medicine out there thanks to Romer and friends.
less state fees = less people in dispensaries = a lot of people out of workwhat a nightmare.
