Best thing you could do is get some weights on hooks or strings and use those to train your branches.

Turning downwards at the tips uually hints at a starting pH issue. Right afterwards, nutrient issues will take hold and make it look like a purely nutrient-related issue - don't be fooled! Check your pH first ALWAYS. If you are in soil, an input pH and drainage pH is essential to know so you can determine the conditions of your soil.
