First Grow White skunk - How is my progress?

Hi
Iâ??m two weeks into my first grow. Iâ??m growing white skunk (feminized seeds). Iâ??m using a 125 watt cfl to start; Iâ??ll switch to a 400hps when the time is right.
But I was wondering are my ladies growing at the right speed/rate. They are approximately 6 to 7 inches tall and I have been growing them for the past 15 days. My lighting schedule is 18/6. My humidly is 45% to 50%. I have good air flow in the grow room. The growth was a little slow at the beginning due to the large pots Iâ??m using and my water had a PH of 7.4 which I have now got down to 6.1 ish, Each of the three plants Iâ??m growing have established a cluster of 6 little leaves. The temperature in the grow room is a steady 25.


I would really appreciate your feedback re if my plants are growing at the normal rate or a little slow.

How far away is your light ? and how many plants have you got underneath it ? With cfls you need to get as close as possible. You can have them just over an inch away if you have got a fan spinning around in there. As a test put the light lower down and put your hand on top of the leaves, if its not burning your hand or feeling too hot it should be fine for the plants. Also i have grown with a 300watt cfl and the plants absolutely loved it, you could invest in a bigger bulb if you have the money. Good luck :rastasmoke:
