First Grow White skunk - How is my progress?
Hi
Iā??m two weeks into my first grow. Iā??m growing white skunk (feminized seeds). Iā??m using a 125 watt cfl to start; Iā??ll switch to a 400hps when the time is right.
But I was wondering are my ladies growing at the right speed/rate. They are approximately 6 to 7 inches tall and I have been growing them for the past 15 days. My lighting schedule is 18/6. My humidly is 45% to 50%. I have good air flow in the grow room. The growth was a little slow at the beginning due to the large pots Iā??m using and my water had a PH of 7.4 which I have now got down to 6.1 ish, Each of the three plants Iā??m growing have established a cluster of 6 little leaves. The temperature in the grow room is a steady 25.
I would really appreciate your feedback re if my plants are growing at the normal rate or a little slow.
Thanks in advanceaidosmoke Reviewed by aidosmoke on . First Grow White skunk - How is my progress? Hi Iā??m two weeks into my first grow. Iā??m growing white skunk (feminized seeds). i would think that 6 to 7 inches would be good for the first two weeks. once they get growing (now)they should really take off in the next few weeks. but your looking good.
i think you maybe be a little panicked about the time/grow rate, but soon they should be pushing towards your lights very fast, also keep in mind that they will grow some more when your go to flower them too
i wouldn't worry too much about the ph levels as your peat will bring it down. also a quick way to bring down your ph is to test and add some bottled water. Tesco's cheap water has a low ph and you can mix a little of that in with your tap water to balance it out. but keep in mind that your peat will bring it down again and you don't want to go too low
