Tis my opinion why he retired is we a collective bunch of MMJ community citizens investigated Mr. Alloway which caused his decision to retire...:thumbsup:
imp:
Mr. Alloway was the lead corrupt officer in the "NETS" here in wa. state
..he taught his fellow officers how to cut corners and get away with it...
Although we did accomplish our goal to have Mr. Alloway removed from duty, he was smart enough to see the writing on the wall and just say no..I will go out like this...O.K.
Now on to his entire unit of nets in wa. state.

Just because he retired doesn't mean he's free to move about the country. I would wager with his tactics, he should undergo a full investigation of all his cases to see how many of his arrests had their rights violated by his short cutting. Bad apples should not be allowed to live in comfort after all the needless misery he caused in sick people's lives.

Something smells here. This is awful quiet for cop with his years in LE leaving so quietly.
Glad he's gone finally, he was a real scumbag.
