Tis my opinion why he retired is we a collective bunch of MMJ community citizens investigated Mr. Alloway which caused his decision to retire...:thumbsup::thumbsup:imp:

Mr. Alloway was the lead corrupt officer in the "NETS" here in wa. state
..he taught his fellow officers how to cut corners and get away with it...

Although we did accomplish our goal to have Mr. Alloway removed from duty, he was smart enough to see the writing on the wall and just say no..I will go out like this...O.K.

Now on to his entire unit of nets in wa. state.
