my fucking roommate

I've helped her get on her feet, moved her in with me, took care of her, cared about her, drove her wherever she needed to go, got her a job that she likes, lent her clothes and in general have helped her to upgrade herself, and her life.
She does nothing around the house until I have bitched about it numerous times, she does not take care of her business, her room is an absolute sty with discarded food containers and empty coke cans all over, you can't even see the floor. She is so irresponsible, staying up all night until 6am when she has to work the next day, and any guy that comes around always get to be top priority.
I am tired of being her mom, I am tired of being a bitch, I just want to be her friend again. I don't want to take responsibility for her, I don't mind helping but damn I feel like if I am not always on her ass nothing gets done. (I tried saying nothing at all to her and letting her do it herself...two weeks into this absolutely nothing had been done)
I have enough problems scooping my own shit into a pile without keeping an eye on hers as well. Sorry for the massive vent but damn this got me stressed out as hell.
blah, I need new friends.

Yes thats what happens.I swore i would never move in with friends as they are all lazy around the house.Ive been asked to move with friends heaps i never accept i couldnt stand it.You will just have to tell he to pick her act up or shes out.I know its hard because shes a friend.Remember i was bitching about my sis in law well i havent seen her since i was straight out with her so be a bit nasty and scare her into it lol.

I did similiar things for a friend. Lent him money, got him out of jail, gave this fucker countless rides to places he had to go. If I ever mention if he could give me a few dollars he owed me, he got all cheap on me. Well I finally had enough of his BS and havent talked to him in a long time. Actually I think I better and happier person now. If things get any worse I suggest you have a talk to her or kick her out. Like the saying goes its never personal just business

Stop doing favours for her to start with. It sounds like you are spoiling her and if you continue she is going to get worse. Just lay down some basic rules and if she doesnt stick by them throw her out.
